Cuckoo Chimera was originally conceived as a modern, internet-based companion to the few science fiction magazines still in circulation (i.e. "Asmiov's Science Fiction," "Analog Science Fiction & Fact," etc.)  It was also largely inspired by David Kyle's book, "A Pictorial History of Science Fiction," which we recommend to anyone looking to learn more about the genre, or to understand how its modest origins have grown to resonate so profoundly with mainstream audiences.

 

Our goal is simple: share original content, science fiction and otherwise, and establish an inclusive community.  At this time, our community is small, but the journey of a thousand miles... you get it.
